Designing Konvivia was about striking the right balance between function and structure. Overlooking a busy area, the venue needed to host a gelateria, bar, and pastry counter in a compact space, all while meeting technical requirements. The layout features a gelato station facing the street and a dedicated prep area in the back.
Design solution
Working within such a compact space and under strict technical rules called for care and intention. We developed a U-shaped layout with a central island, designed to make the most of every square meter and logically separate each functional area with clarity. The result is a compact yet well-organized space where visual consistency and ergonomics come together.
