The Girlando family set out to open a new, more spacious venue that could fully represent their artisanal work, from gelato and pastries to cakes, panettoni and colombe. The aim was to design functional, dedicated display areas, capable of presenting a wide variety of products in a refined and clear way.
Design solution
An old building was reimagined as a contemporary, carefully curated space, while preserving its connection to the context. Each area was designed with intention, featuring high-end machinery and bespoke display counters. Champagne-toned surfaces, premium ceramics and carefully selected finishes create a welcoming atmosphere. A project that marks a new chapter in the story of Girlando.
